The RollieProject
Building stronger young men through mentoring, community and connection.
Our Vision
Everything we do is built around strengthening the foundations within and around boys — so they can grow into grounded young men.
Our vision
A world where every boy has strong foundations around him — at home, in communities, and through sport — so he can grow into a confident, connected and contributing young man.
Our mission
We strengthen the relationships and environments around boys by equipping families, clubs and communities with the tools, experiences and support they need.
Our purpose
To raise a generation of young men who know who they are, can handle pressure, stay connected to themselves and others, and lead with more steadiness in the rooms they move through.
What we do
We work with sporting clubs, schools, families and community organisations to deliver programs and experiences that build real connection between fathers and sons, and support boys to thrive on and off the field.
For organisations built on the foundations of connection.
Bringing clubs, schools, families and communities together to create lasting cultural change.
The Rollie Project works with sporting clubs and community organisations across Victoria — bringing fifteen years across education, mental health and wellbeing, alongside ten years in professional sport, into the rooms where your boys and their fathers already are.
Because what happens inside a club doesn’t stay there. It shapes how boys carry themselves. How they handle pressure. How they speak, connect, and lead.
This work is about building young men who are steady, grounded, and clear in who they are — on the field and away from it.

Your club. Your community.
Your culture.
There’s no one-size program.
Every club carries its own history, rhythm and pressures. Every group of boys is different. So we start with a real conversation — and build from there.
A single father/son or mentor night. A short series across a season. A multi-week program with players. A weekend camp or experience. Ongoing presence across the year.
What sits underneath itRelationship first. Practical, not performative. Built to create trust, strengthen connection, and shift what the room feels like over time.
Courage Beyond the Paint
A fathers, mentors and sons workshop designed to bring connection back into the centre of the club — and remind everyone that culture is shaped in the relationships around the game, not just the game itself.
Using storytelling, conversation, movement and shared experience, this session helps boys feel supported beyond performance — and gives fathers, mentors and carers a more grounded way back into the room.
Built for sporting clubs and community environments. Opens real conversations between boys and the men around them. Strengthens connection beyond the pressure of the game. Creates a shared experience that carries into the season.
We send a one-page brief within two business days.
Your committee can understand the concept, the shape of work, and why it matters in a single sitting.
Connected clubs.
Connected boys.
Connected community.
We do promise grounded work, honest conversations, and the kind of change you can feel. Not as a silver bullet — but as a steadier culture that begins to carry itself differently.
